๐Ÿ“ˆ Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, networking).
  • Pitch services/products to potential customers and follow up on inquiries.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular reports on sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

๐Ÿง  Required Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in making cold calls and presenting products/services.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Good command of English and local languages.

๐Ÿ’ผ Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0โ€“3 years of experience in sales, business development, or telecalling.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
