👥 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Manage job postings on various platforms and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial HR rounds and shortlisting of potential candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Ensure smooth employee onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.
- Assist with performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Manage payroll coordination, leave tracking, and HR-related compliance (for HR Manager roles).
🧠 Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment life cycle and hiring platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles including recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HR software/tools like Zoho People, Keka, or Excel-based tracking.
💼 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to manage hiring across multiple domains or functions.
✅ Bonus Points (Good to Have):
- Experience hiring for tech, design, marketing, or sales roles.
- Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Prior experience in a startup or IT company.
