👥 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Manage job postings on various platforms and maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct initial HR rounds and shortlisting of potential candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure smooth employee onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.
  • Assist with performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Manage payroll coordination, leave tracking, and HR-related compliance (for HR Manager roles).

🧠 Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment life cycle and hiring platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles including recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HR software/tools like Zoho People, Keka, or Excel-based tracking.

💼 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to manage hiring across multiple domains or functions.

✅ Bonus Points (Good to Have):

  • Experience hiring for tech, design, marketing, or sales roles.
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Prior experience in a startup or IT company.
