๐ Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, networking).
- Pitch services/products to potential customers and follow up on inquiries.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular reports on sales activities.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
๐ง Required Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making cold calls and presenting products/services.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good command of English and local languages.
